Shipping policy

ELMNT (Element Lifestyle) is committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery for all orders. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Items that are available on-hand are typically prepared within a few business days, while items labeled as Pre-Order will follow a different timeline, with production beginning after the order window closes.

Shipping is handled through our partnered couriers, including LBC Express and J&T Express Philippines. The assigned courier will depend on location and operational availability. Customers will be informed of the courier handling their order through the shipping confirmation email.

Once an order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. This allows customers to monitor the status of their delivery directly through the courier’s official tracking system.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Metro Cebu: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Outside Metro Cebu: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as location, courier operations, weather conditions, or high order volume during release periods.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. ELMNT will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery. In some cases, packages that are not successfully delivered may be returned.

ELMNT reserves the right to manage and adjust shipping operations as necessary. Delays may occur during peak periods, but we will aim to provide updates whenever possible.
