Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase, along with a valid e-receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be returned with their original tags attached and in their original condition.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, damage, or alterations. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items prior to approval.

Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Additionally, items purchased during sale periods or limited releases may not be eligible for refund unless found to be defective.

To request a refund, customers must contact us and provide their order number, clear photos of the item, and a detailed explanation of the issue. Once the request has been reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided regarding the return process.

In cases where the issue is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will assist accordingly. For other approved cases, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and may take several business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

ELMNT reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy. All decisions are final upon review.
